Dollop's Love for Rescue Animals
Animals have always been near and dear to Heather's heart. When she was little, the only thing she wanted to be was a veterinarian--not a baker, contrary to popular belief! Eventually, Heather changed her path because the entrepreneurial spirit led her elsewhere, but her love for animals never faded.
Heather's very best friend is Donald, an adorable, loving corgi-mix she adopted from a local animal shelter three years ago. He sure is a spunky little guy!
When Heather started Dollop she wanted to use the company to give back in some way. Giving to the care of animals and thanking people who save their lives everyday is a precious goal. Dollop is and forever will be an animal loving, cruelty-free company!
Dollop gets to give back by supporting friends like K9 Orphans
K9 Orphans, Inc. is a non profit all breed canine rescue that works with high kill shelters, homeless dogs, and owner surrender dogs to prevent euthanasia. Their dogs are placed into foster homes where loving, training, and any medical care can be provided to them while they wait for their forever homes. They have foster homes across Western NY and also strive to educate the public about the importance of Spay/Neutering, basic obedience, and care of their canines.
