PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING!
Peanut Butter Frosting from The Dollop Book of Frosting, to be exact.
I've been asked in various interviews throughout the years which flavor frosting in my favorite, and my answer never waivers--it's my Peanut Butter Frosting. No doubt. Hands down. Swear on your grave.
It's creamy, it's decadent, and it's undoubtedly the greatest frosting I've ever tasted in my entire life. And I've tasted a lot of frostings.
There were days at my cupcake shop when lunch was nothing more than Peanut Butter Frosting scooped with pretzels. Or carrot sticks. Or ok, spoons.
These days though I save making (and eating) Peanut Butter Frosting for special occasions.
Special occasions like National Peanut Butter Lover's Day, of course. Because I love Peanut Butter Frosting.
