Welcome to the New Dollop Gourmet Website!

Welcome, friends, to my new and improved home! It’s quite vibrant, isn’t it? Just the way I envision your smiles every time you think about frosting :D I have to tell you, when I went to Baltimore last month for the Natural Products Expo and we went booth to booth talking to the food industry people, the moment we merely uttered the word “frosting” to any person, their smiles would light up. Legit light up. As if they just saw a puppy riding a unicorn over a rainbow. Frosting truly is something magical, isn’t it? And magical frosting deserves to be shared! With the upcoming release of the deliciously anticipated Dollop Gourmet Frosting line (finally!), I decided it was time to make some much needed updates and improvements to the good ol’ website. Make it more easily sharable, ya know? So settle in! Take a look around! And let me point out some important features. First off, the fine folks of Rounded Marketing helped quite a bit with cleaning up some broken elements in the coding and graphic design. They were a joy to work with and they have my gleaming endorsement. But in order to speed up the process of getting this site online, to save a few bucks, and because I was tired of listening to myself complain over the years about how I couldn’t fix my own website, I decided to finally sit down and teach myself how to do some basic web building. So that was how I spent all last week. And I mean all of it. But it was totally worth it for the sense of accomplishment I felt as the site went live and as I get to share it with you.

Now onto the features.

The Store Locator map: I want to make sure that you can easily find every store in your area that carries Dollop Gourmet Frosting so I incorporated a Store Locator map. Just type in your zip code and every store we’re honored to be in will pop right up! Hurrah!

The Online Shop: I want to make sure that anyone can experience Dollop Gourmet Frosting from anywhere in the country. So if you click on the Our Products tab you’ll see all of our products that you’ll be able to buy online! It’s super easy to purchase directly from the site as I’ve incorporated a Shopify widget for secure online shopping. Whether you want to order just three jars of frosting or you want a whole gift pack with a cookbook and personalized note (from me, to you!), you can easily and quickly do your shopping from home! I hope you’re as psyched about this I am.

The Blog: Of course the Blog remains, as I wouldn’t dream of not sharing my life with you. Subscribe to the Blog so you don’t miss any updates. And please, use the Contact Us page to tell me exactly what you want to hear about - whether it be recipes, frosting ideas, starting a business, my keen fashion sense? Anything you want to talk about, let me know, and I’ll do my best to continue the conversation.
